This isn’t basic window washing. This is specialist-level exterior glass cleaning for homes and buildings with tricky access, baked-on grime, and post-construction mess.

As a dedicated glass specialist, I’m used to:

  • Second- and third-story windows

  • Overhangs, awkward angles, and tight access spots

  • Windows coated in dust, overspray, silicone, hard water or general neglect

What’s included (standard clean)

  • Glass washed on all accessible windows

  • Frames and sills wiped down

  • Cobwebs and surface debris removed around window frames

  • Final inspection in natural light to catch streaks or spots

Specialist add-ons (priced on-site)

  • Hard water stain removal / mineral deposit treatment

  • Construction clean-up: paint flecks, stucco overspray, stickers, and adhesive

  • Extra dirty / neglected glass that needs restoration-level work
